The Shepherd by Electronic Service Unit 16 is release #9 of the Utopius Omnibus. Music based on the novella Utopius by D.E. and related short stories.
Abruptly, a black octagon materialized in the center of the lab. Its darkness slithered onto this plane like a deadly virus. The edges surrounding the opaque form warped, sagging hideously. The physical universe protested with unbridled vehemence, attempting to cast out the abomination, but the octagon of darkness, birthed from the dream plane, had a hunger that negated this world's best efforts of self preservation. Its hunger would not be denied for its sights were set on the physical universe; destined to herald in the return of The Shepherd.
